Cellect系列單克隆抗體用于鑒別、分析、分離具有發(fā)育多能性的人類胚胎干細胞（ES）和誘導多能干細胞（iPS）。本系列抗體特異性地識別具有發(fā)育多能性的干細胞表面的抗原，而這些抗原在干細胞定向分化后會被弱化調控。

The hFF-Cellect antibody recognizes human fibroblasts and has lower cross reactivity than SSEA and TRA antibodies that recognize fibroblasts and other human somatic cells
These antibodies can be used without cell fixation or permeabilization to detect and select live cells
