Corning® Matrigel® Basement Membrane Matrix, *LDEV-Free, 10mL (Product #354234)
Corning Matrigel matrix is a solubilized basement membrane preparation extracted from the Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) mouse sarcoma, a tumor rich in extracellular matrix proteins, including Laminin (a major component), Collagen IV, heparin sulfate proteoglycans, entactin/nidogen, and a number of growth factors.
Quality
• Mouse colonies routinely screened for pathogens via Mouse Antibody Production (MAP) testing
• Extensive PCR testing is performed to screen for a number of pathogens• Tested and found negative for bacteria, fungi, and mycoplasma
• Protein concentrations determined by Lowry method
• Endotoxin units measured by Limulus Amoebocyte Lysate assay
• Matrigel Matrix gel stability tested for a period of 14 days at 37°C
• Biological activity determined for each lot using a neurite outgrowth assay.

BD Matrigel Basement Membrane Matrix產(chǎn)品介紹
BD Matrigel是從富含胞外基質(zhì)蛋白的EHS小鼠腫瘤中提取出Basement Membrane Matrix基底膜基質(zhì)膠，其主要成分有Ⅳ型膠原、層粘連蛋白、硫酸肝素糖蛋白、巢蛋白，還包含生長因子和基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶等。在室溫條件下，BD Matrigel聚合形成具有生物學活性的三維基質(zhì)，模擬體內(nèi)細胞基底膜的結構、組成、物理特性和功能，有利于體外細胞的培養(yǎng)和分化，可用于對細胞形態(tài)、細胞遷移、細胞侵染、生化功能和基因表達等的研究。
BD Matrigel Basement Membrane Matrix基底膜基質(zhì)膠形成的三維培養(yǎng)基質(zhì)，可促進肝細胞、上皮細胞、Sertoli細胞、血管內(nèi)皮細胞、黑色素瘤細胞、甲狀腺細胞及毛囊細胞等的貼壁與分化。同時，Matrigel膠還能影響乳腺上皮細胞的蛋白表達，支持外周神經(jīng)的新生和牛輸卵管上皮細胞的分化。
使用指南：培養(yǎng)細胞時，Matrigel膠可無需稀釋直接包被，包被厚度可為0.5 mm(薄層)或1.0 mm(厚層)。BD Matrigel膠也可以在Serum-free Medium無血清培養(yǎng)基中稀釋后用于包被培養(yǎng)器皿表面，根據(jù)細胞類型和應用目的確定相應Matrigel濃度。歡迎選擇Nunc Cell Surveillance Simplified即NUNC CC Inserts插入式細胞培養(yǎng)器，有6孔、12孔、24孔細胞培養(yǎng)板和0.4um孔徑、3um孔徑、8um孔徑等多種規(guī)格供您選擇購買。
